Avoid. Similar to other reviews - I paid a premium for a set collection time with the assumption delivery would be immediate or at least very soon after. (Nowhere on booking did it say this would not be the case).Delivery finally turned to at 7.30pm, over 8hours after collection. No tracking information available / working and no driver call or notification prior to arrival. Was promised a call back from a manager within 48hrs. Despite chasing 4 times I have never had that call back. Complete contempt - happy to take your money but if a problem arises provides no help or support.
