Did you know that Anyvan do not cover damage or breakages? Nor did we, we found this out after the removal men left a gouge in our new oak flooring, we were advised that “AnyVan act as an agent and mediate the claim between yourself and the Transport Providers in a view to reaching a resolution. We are unable to enforce this should they deny any liability and as previously mentioned AnyVan is not liable for property damage.” 5/10/22 booking number 7594334.
