You have been warned - DO NOT Use this company Warning to any prospective customers. These guys will cancel on you on the day of removal with no help whatsoever to arrange an alternative. If you want to be left in the lurch on an already stressful day where you are legally obliged to move out of a property then by all means go ahead and book. I will tell anyone looking for removal services to avoid you like the plague. Its just not worth it. This is a disgusting company. 12pm on the move day, they cancel on me. Proceed to tell me that the driver cannot make it as previous customer has delays.....blah blah blah. DO NOT tell your customer about your problems. Try to fix the customers problem. This is not what I needed to hear on what is supposed to be an exciting day. How dare you book 2 reomvals for the same driver. Of course this is going to happen to customers. Probably all the time. I don't even believe this tall tale. Just so happens an England footy match was on that evening. I know exactly what your drivers priority was. Do you not understand how moving days operate in the UK?? You are just happy to risk customers disappointment, emergency removal and legal costs. DISGUSTING You compleytly ruined this day, I had to pay over the odds for a last minute removal guy and did not get into my property until past midnight. Thanks for nothing.
