Beware if you need to cancel, booked this morning Saturday for Monday removal, had to cancel (Saturday afternoon) and they only will refund 50%
They need 48hrs notice for 100% refund, absolutely shocking, even when I booked it wasn't 48hrs so beware funny how the refund takes 3-5 days though
