I was happy with the quality of the product and the speed it arrived but was unaware that adding the polyfibre wrap would add another inch to my seat. I ordered a 3 inch piece of foam and added the polyfibre wrap but ended up with a 4 inch thick seat overall. I was told that as my order was bespoke measurements and the foam did measure 3 inches as I had ordered they could not help me. After a bit of back and forward communication with the sales manager I wasn’t really getting anywhere. As I was happy with the quality and need the seat for Christmas I have ordered a new 1 inch piece of foam and hope this will be much better. I would recommend the product but think a little more guidance on the website would assist.
