A month ago I bought two balloon antique chairs from Antique Furniture. Robert, the owner, took a lot of time to discuss the history of the chairs and whether another pair of Edwardian chairs were suitable or not. I decided to buy the Victorian balloon chairs, but decided in the end that they were not quite suitable for my home, although they were exactly as they appeared on his website and very elegant. Sometimes things have to be seen in the actual space to see whether they are right or not. I phoned Robert to say I wanted to return them, without any qualms he was willing to give me a full refund on my purchase and arranged for them to picked up.
