I don’t know how to further express my disappointment and distress. I had ordered 2 garments more than 3 months ago, and after much emailing, pressing, and communication I have just received one part of my order(the red one) but STILL have not received the black dress. The black dress is displayed as arrived however I have not received it. Furthermore, to add to my disappointment, your communications team has completely ghosted me about inquires about the other garment or a complete return/refund. Additionally, the garment that has arrived does not fit but the return also cannot be completed for unknown reasons. I am tired of dealing with this company and are aghast over the unprofessionalism that is being displayed. I wish for an immediate investigation and resolution of the situation. I can assure that I will be reviewing the company at various sites and locations.
