disorganized , unhelpful and lethargic services provided . Ordered in June and it was shambles calling several times to get my delivery arrived 10 working days later . Ordered on 1.11.2020 , 20 days later -no medication , no communication . My dog needs his insulin and these lot are a huge JOKE ....
