I placed the order on a very beautiful, unusual engagement ring. I had a date planned on when I was going to pop the question... got the email from Angelic with a delivery date 1 day late. I quickly emailed them and within an hour, everything was sorted, PANIC OVER! Angelic managed to get the beautiful ring 2 days earlier than expected! Top notch customer service. So I got down on 1 knee and popped the question. Luckily, she said YES! =) Roll on 4 months of wearing it with pride. The Fiancé calls me in a distressed tone. 1 of the tiny side diamonds had disappeared?! She was gutted! After searching all day. I sent the dreaded email to Angelic and explained. Once again, in under 1 hour I get a reply. A list of instructions was emailed to me and the ring is now with workshop. They have quoted an 8-10 day turnaround which seems pretty fair to me. My Fiancé has said her hand feels naked right now haha! So far, I am very pleased with the company and I would highly recommend them on their workmanship and customer care. I will be buying the wedding ring from them in the near future. No doubt about it.
