The last 2 times I have been to collect my orders and on both occasions my orders took about 40 mins to locate and were also incomplete. Each time the items that were missing were the items I needed most for my customers so I find this service very disappointing.
No one informed me that the items were not in stock, had they done so I would have cancelled my order and bought elsewhere
