Ancient Wisdom reflects some of my ethics in production, and I am happy to do business with them. My only criticism is the lack of product training for the customer care team. I have often heard the "I don't understand" when asking quite lightweight technical questions. Also when I had faulty goods, the onus was not on the care team to sort it out, but for me to sort it out. They just let down the owner's attention to detail and care.
