I had booked removal cant remember first date but was rebooked in for the 10th August, they sent me a text message today saying it was booked for the 8th no it was not as when i phoned them i sent a message to son thats it booked for the 10th , she went on to tell me on the phone that they had tried to phone me eh no missed calls on mobile, now they can not book me in again as was done through the welfare fund im so angry.
