I had a removal in November to another flat and didn't have much stuff to be moved. The main big thing was a 50ince tv. When I got to my other flat my belongings were already in the flat as the council were in flat waiting for me with paperwork. Withing 2 hours I set my tv up and noticed the screen was cracked which I reported to amc. They were fobbing me of for the first few months as if they didn't want to pay for the damage to tv which is unrepairable so cheaper to get new tv which two different tv repair companies told me. Now after emailing them and sending a letter they are not responding at all. I am taking this further and I am not letting them get out of this. I would not recommend using this company because if goods are broken in transit they to not want to pay out and use excuse after excuse and drag it out thinking you will go away.
