From beginning to end - every member of AMC staff we met, had contact with or on the phone, left us with the feeling that we were cared for. During a particular moment when we were under some strain, a member of the staff reassured my wife that the move would go ahead. Familiar words to the member of staff, but reassuring and supportive, to us the client. The removal involved a two-hour journey. However, on arrival at the new property, there was an unexpected delay of 3/4 hour. The men remained unconcerned and when the keys arrived they immediately re-commenced work.
