This Flipper remote control is simple to set, and could be the answer for people who struggle with two remotes- box top and tv remotes. I purchased it for my mother in law, who didn't get on with it, but that is no reflection of the product. She was too used to two remotes. When I queried a refund, Alz Products were absolutely amazing. I had a quick, polite reply, and a very efficient way of returning the product. Exemplary customer service, which they should teach to some bigger retailers. I would use Alz Products again with no hesitation.
