Product does what is says. However what AlzProducts should maybe consider in their description of this item is that while it can work with Sky Q remote, the Sky Q remote needs to be turned to infra-red mode from its default bluetooth mode. I struggled for ages to get this product to work with Sky Q and then picked up this tip from another reviewer. I sincerely believe this would enhance the product use for buyers.
(to turn Sky Q remote to infrared simply hold down buttons 4 and 6 until the red light flashes).
