The ordering and payment worked well and I got the conformation emails straightaway. The site was easy to navigate.
I did have a delivery problem. I didn’t get my tracking email from Alzprducts and Royal Mail didn’t leave a card to say they had tried to deliver so I didn’t know it was ready for collection. I had to ring Alzprducts to get the tracking email. Once I had that I could get my parcel. I am sure this was just a blip.
