Very efficient and friendly. Despite our first choice from the website not being available, Matt contacted me and took our requirements and came up with multiple options for a busy half term week, and then worked hard to secure our first choice, while keeping other options on hold. It was really helpful to work with a UK based company that had hands on knowledge and advice, that ensured we got the holiday we wanted.
