Steve Church was very helpful! My initial queries were via email and Steve replied promptly. At no point was I pestered for my phone number or indeed hassled by email to make a decision (as I have found with other companies!). Once I had made my decision, I then spoke to Steve on the phone and he booked the holiday immediately.
Will definitely use Alpenglow again!
