I ordered my Genos 2 towards the end of December with an excellent and generous part exchange allowance for my exisiting Genos 1. It could only happen to me (you could not make this up!) that I ended up visiting our local hospital on new years eve day with a severe ear infection in both ears where most of my useful hearing was absent with itnitus! This also made the sounds of my existing Genos 1 sound very strange. The doctor said that while my heading would probably return, there was no gurantee if it would or to what degree. I had to contact Ben to explain the circumstances and he soon replied that he would freeze my account including the genrous part ex, as long as required and in the worst case, give me a full refund and cancel my order. Well, me hearing did fully recover after acouple of weeks, so I was able to proceed with my order. Even though the part ex value had fallen, Ben still allowed my orgional full amount in part ex. I even had a recent staff delivery even living 200 miles away in North Yorkshire! My thanks to Chris who had a long drive! Also thanks to Ben for quickly resolving my unusual issue.
