We ordered gift vouchers online for a retiring colleague. We were concerned the vouchers would not arrive in time, so called the shop. The assistant was very helpful and assured us that the vouchers would be posted out that day. Sure enough we received the vouchers in good time and our colleague was over the moon with his gift.
