Allegro Music are a wonderful company to deal with, from my first enquiry to the delivery and set-up in my home. Chris had to come to London on the day of delivery, next day service, and was stuck in really heavy traffic which took a few hours longer to get to me keeping me informed he was still on his way but still persevered when most would have turned back and tried another day. Chris and his son still had a beaming smile when they arrived and even set things up for me. My new Yamaha SX900 was in perfect condition and I was also given a bonus usb drive with extras for the keyboard. I had a few teething problems as with any new items, and on contacting the store, the staff went out of their way to solve them, very friendly efficient team, and customer focused which is getting harder to find these days so top marks from me and highly recommended if you want peace of mind now and going forward with your purchase you can't go wrong with Allegro Music.
