I ordered my Genos, over the phone on the Friday afternoon and was delivered as promised on the Wednesday (Monday bank holiday) It arrived well packed by an extremely polite and courteous delivery driver, which is unusual in itself, I was able to track the progress of the driver at all times to ensure I didn't miss him. I unpacked the 3 well wrapped and protected boxes and set it up - considering this was a used product it would be very difficult to tell the difference. no marks or scratches at all. Overall my experience with "allegro music" is fantastic and I would recommend speaking with the excellent sales team for advice and help as they do know their products well.
