Excellent service - booked an appointment as I was looking to buy a piano. Jo Cocklin provided a warm, friendly, attentive and professional overview of their current stock. The front door is locked during appointments to allow a quiet and uninterrupted slot for customers to browse, test and choose what they are looking for - yet with no pressure at all to buy. I very much enjoyed Jo's demos too! The other staff were very friendly too and made it far more of a personal experience. Highly recommended and am looking forward to receiving my piano! Thank you.
