I purchased a used Tyros 4 on the 18th December. As it was about to be delivered, it was found to have a cracked screen. I was given a Tyros 5 on loan, but the control panel doesn’t work !
I have now been offered a Tyros 4 SE for an additional cost of £150, and am waiting for a delivery to be arranged. Ben has been very helpful, but I still don’t have the keyboard I have paid for !
