The carpets were all cut short 4 pieces, one by 8cm's, could not fit carpets, Carpetright said this was a tolerance which was an industry practice. My fitters said this was rubbish, had to wait a further 3 days to get re-done, nightmare. Carpet right never apologised and after many hours of arguing offered £20 compensation
