I have just returned from a 5 day trip to Llandudno from the north east and I must say I've enjoyed every minute of it.The coach driver Mark was absolutely fantastic,from the moment we started the holiday to the day we came back ,he was very polite,informative on numerous things of interest on the day trips,his jokes didn't do him any favours,but they were that bad they were funny.The Hydro Hotel was clean and the staff were very polite,the only down side was that the lift was out of order all the time we were there.Mark the coach driver made this holiday,Alpha well done keep the holidays coming.
