Dawn was absolutley amazing. She had read the history of my back before I had arrived, completed a full analysis of my feet, she helped me understand why the running shoes I had ordered were not suitable for the type of gym work I am doing and instead produced a selection of shows that would be more suitable for my needs......she even understood about me wanting them to look nice! Dawn explained that my tread on each foot is very different and one knee is higher than the other.....I had never noticed this! I am looking forward to trying my shoes out at the gym and am now keen to get walking shoes and work shoes from Alexandra Sport. I don't usually invest in good footwear but I have the feeling this is going to make an enormous difference to my exercise performance and comfort.
