Being a previous customer I was disappointed with the service this time. I was particularly impressed last time with the time spent on me and with the insert which was recommended to be put into the side of the shoe to stop my foot from turning over. This worked extremely well. This time I didn't feel that I got the same level of service as previously and insoles were suggested to correct my foot from turning. I was given the insoles to try and left to decide for myself if I wanted them, hopefully, they will keep my foot straight, particularly as they cost £40, only time will tell.
