I was told to book and pay for an assessment for a Saturday appointment incase it was too busy to fit me in, however when I was in the store many walks ins received the same foot assessment without a £20 charge? I received the email of my foot scan, but it doesn’t allow me to see any of the information about my feet which was what I wanted to know. I found a Shuropody store today who assessed my feet for free with more knowledge and I came away feeling more confident in going ahead to buy insoles and shoes. Can I get a £20 refund as I’m not sure what I paid for, when others didn’t?
