Rented a property from this unprofessional company. Didn’t reply to emails. Very rude and also quite ignorant. The flat was filthy with severe damp, couldn’t use the garage as the door was broke and had problems with the key as no fob was given. Nothing was done to sort this out in the 5 months I was there. I gladly paid £600 to get out of my contract but then still was told I had to do my own viewings and have the flat professionally cleaned although it was absolutely disgusting when I got in there. They also took money from deposit which they shouldn’t have done. Be aware, I was told not to use this company for rentals but didn’t listen. I wish I had.
