I had ordered my taxi from JFK today. My BA flight arrived 20 minutes earlier. They changed the driver last minute saying telling me that my flight arrived earlier. As it took time to clear JFK immigration due to many flights arriving at same time we were late by 15 minutes after the 90 minutes waiting time. The driver left us at the airport for 15 minutes late. I also informed ahead the office that there was a king line at JFK when landed. Never again booking through here. Not polite to leave customers at the airport due to 15 min delay.
