2nd time of use, couldn’t fault first experience . This time I requested a baby seat, when my confirmation email came thru it wasn’t showing, I messaged to confirm it would be available and it was. Communication for transfer from airport was fantastic. On return journey I didn’t check and it was not supplied. I questioned this with driver and as he didn’t speak English he google translated his conversation with his office and showed me the reply on his phone. It was not good reading, insulting me with a profanity. We had little choice but to take the taxi without the baby seat as we would have missed our flight.
