Absolutely abysmal service
Got through immigration and into arrivals hall before 1 hour waiting time was exceeded and no sign of our driver
I phoned emergency telephone number only to be told driver left as we were late which we weren’t
I filled in a complaint form and got an email to say I was getting a refund
Will never use again
Anyone flying into Boston airport there is a special pick up and drop off for Uber and lyft
