Booked to be taken from Tenerife airport to our hotel. On landing we went to the nominated desk, who had no record of a booking. They confirmed we were at the correct desk, phoned the local supplier who had no record of the booking. We phoned the uk contact number who eventually after a long wait in the queue confirmed the booking and told us to wait agg to the desk ( do not leave the airport), they would resolve and call us back promptly. 30 mins later we had not received any call or reservation and no-one was answering the uk contact number phone. We tried the local number provided and gave up after 30 mins in the queue unanswered. We had to get and pay for our taxi after a long uncomfortable flight or we would still be at the airport and a sad way to start our well earned holiday. We emailed a complaint and they cancelled / refunded the return trip due next week, but no refund or apology for the failed pick- up at the airport. They state they will respond after 2 weeks with a decision. Unacceptable, the service provided was not provided. Word of advice for Tenerife, taxis are freely available waiting at the airport and it turned out to be far / far cheaper and easier than what this company was charging. We certainly will just get a taxi on arrival and avoid having the start of our holiday ruined by this company who do not seem to care at all about their customers, just profit.
