SHOCKING!!! Had a return journey booked. Taxi didn't arrive until eventually told they had a breakdown and had no other drivers. Requested refund (and compensation as had to pay more to get back to airport) only to be fobbed off with contact the local supplier. They then say its not us its the people who arranged the original contract! Neither wants to know so out of pocket!!!!!
Advertised as stress free- far from it!!!!!!
