Driver left us stranded at JFK . He arrived even before our flight arrives time 7.25 p.m. When we were at customs 60 minutes wait line. The driver left. We called support line to hopefully rearrange a new pick up time but they didn't help and hang up the phone. We ended up having to oder an uber spending another 100 dollars. After I read the positive reviews I totally trusted your service. Very disappointed. Nobody has been in touch since and booking money lost!!
