Booked a taxi from Luton airport to Selhurst park for 10am pick up. The confirmation email Stated to meet at cafe Nero. When we landed which was half hour early we recieved an email saying they were unable to get hold of us. Well that could be because we were flying :( Anyway long story short they changed the pick up location and made us walk to the mid stay car park which was a 15 minute walk. They said taxis were no longer allowed in the main terminal. Why did they not tell us this in the booking ? What if we had kids or heavy luggage or was disabled then how we would get to the mid stay car park as It’s a very long walk with hills The driver eventually turned up ten minutes late but was very polite. He was dressed in sportswear but drove impeccably. Would I use again ? Yes I would as we arrived on time for my match. The driver said we would arrive in time and he was spot on. Good job really after paying 120£ for this taxi.
