Altogether we made 3 reservations with Airports Taxi for our recent holiday in Buenos Aires. For one (for 2 PAX) of the 3 reservations, we rate 5/5 with Airports Taxi rearranging a pickup driver as our flight arrival was changed, and the driver turning up as agreed with Name Card & waited nearly 1 hour as our luggage was lost due to the flight change. However, for the other 2 resrvations we made for 6 and 8 PAX minivans for our travelling party of 4 with 10 pieces of luggage, we were not provided with the minivans as booked. The local operator sent two small cars on both occassions - which meant co-ordinating in a foreign country and not speaking Spanish a nightmare - and hence the reason we booked the minivans in the first place to minimise confusion, and to be able to travel together. This practice should be cracked down by Airports Taxi as the service provider and arranger - it is mis-leading advertising and the service as contracted is not being fulfilled by the local operator. We rate the two reservations for the minivans 2/5 at the most! Some form of compensation should be offered by Airports Taxi.
