We used the service at arrival and departure to and from Venice. Very reliable when you are arrive to a city requiring two parts of transport if you’re staying on the grand canal. Both ways were very easy - nice gentlemen who arrived - on time even for a 3:30 am flight leaving the canal. Very good and would use them over again! Prices are very competitive and you’re not getting inflated prices for private service.
