The driver pulled up right at 9am and didn’t answer my text sent 15 min prior to see if he was near.
We booked an executive car but he didn’t provide what we would consider executive service. Not arriving 5-10 min prior to pick up, no bottles of water, didn’t ask us if the car temperature was ok, or what we preferred to listen to. He was nice enough, it was just stressful when he couldn’t be reached or tracked, and he didn’t recover from that with me. All and all it was fine, and I would recommend your service.
