I was recommended this shop as reliable one and it was my first order. I ordered two bottles of lemon balm - small and big. When I opened the delivery big bottle had a plastic protector on the top. The small bottle doesn’t, it was not sealed at all and looked as if someone has already opened it. I sent an email to customer support and they replied very quickly. They confirmed that all their products are sealed on the one hand. But on the other, they just said that even if I had leaking the bottle was safe in the box and not contaminated. Well, I think it’s not about leaking! The bottle was not sealed with plastic protector and I don’t know who opened it and how it was used and I can’t use it now though I paid money for it and Vimergy products are not cheap. But obviously the shop decided to ignore this problem.
