Mis sold in first place and still attempting to get out of a contract that was first signed seven years ago.
No billing offered, no portal or paper bills sent. Working from home set up is farcical at times going off the people I've spoken to, but the fact that 2GB of data is near £24 should have you running for the hills if the other stuff didn't.
