Absolutely terrible experience!! All the previous reviews’ stating about being tricked into 24 months contracts are true !!
I feel like I was hijacked from 02 by This Ariel Direct Company who no one at 02 knows about Claiming that I agreed to a business contact that I neither remember or needed !! Days spent on the phone this issue is still unresolved! I could rant all day!
