Out of frustration from mortgage brokers recommended to me by the developers not being able to help, I went on Google and found this company. I put in my details (this was on a Friday evening mind you) and at approximately 18:30 that same evening I get a call back from Daniel Hills. I ranted about the issue the other brokers I had spoken to were having as to why I would not be able to get a mortgage. He listens quietly and politely interrupts to say it's not an issue at all and that he will come back with a solution. Daniel was both very approachable and knowledgeable. I was filled with complete confidence despite this being my first time buying a house. Daniel calls me back on Monday morning with a proposed lender and I kid you not, it was smooth sailing from there. Nicole took over and kept me and my wife informed all the way through, always prompting in advance for documents needed so things wouldn't stall and this impeccable standard of service was maintained till my wife and I got our offer! Trust me when I say these guys are worth EVERY pound of the fee they charge. Before dealing with AMA Mortgages, I had spoken to brokers who don't charge fees and their value showed (next to nothing that is). If you want the job expertly done by incredibly warm and expert professionals, look no further than these guys.
