Dan was fantastic from start to finish, taking time to understand our individual situation and giving us a realistic assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of our application and what we might do to get the best mortgage deal possible. Despite some hiccups throughout caused by the volatility of the mortgage market there was always a 'plan b.'
