Daniel Hills is AMAZING! Words is not enough to say Thank you! We are first time buyers and start looking for mortgage advisor a few months before we have all savings for the deposit and not with the best credit history. All of the previous advisors said : “You have to wait a minimum 1 year before to apply because you will be declined and your income won’t be enough for the affordability that you want”.
