Used Adrian Flux as their service and pricing is good. However this year my renewal was a massive jump on last year. I called and queried the price but the reduction offered was not as expected to an existing customer. Having accepted a quote from a competitor, I called Adrian Flux to ensure my policy was not renewed who immediately bettered the competitors price...... too late.
Time for Adrian Flux renewals team to be realistic with annual increases to hold onto existing customers.
