My daughter just passed her test and excepted a quote from you and paid in full (with a black box). Told to install box as soon as she got it, which she did.
Went out driving and then received a text saying she was ‘misquoted’ and needed to pay another £500.
Finally got hold of someone on the phone who said she could cancel the policy but would need to pay £190 because she had opened the box.
She is now in tears. Well done!
