Put claim in last November was asked to send photos of my motorhome where it was damaged. It is now nearly end of February and still no further on. Adrian flux sends you to another agent AXA that asks for photos and doesn't respond to any emails and when they do they say we haven't received photos. When told they had received them. Absolutely discusting firm STAY CLEAR OF THEM
